The Gnostic Cycle: Towards the Supermind
compiled by Paulette Hadnagy
Beginning with a historical excursus through three ages (symbolic, psychological, and conventional) of human evolution, elaborating on the different cultural mores, societal organizations and political ideals, this selection of Sri Aurobindo's texts focuses on the transition from an objective to a subjective mode of consciousness, and culminates with the ideal society of Gnostic, supramental beings. Along with a presentation on the supraconscient realms of mind, the book also includes an introduction, a summary and a Sanskrit Glossary.
