Auroville Media Interface (AMI)
Auroville Media Interface (AMI) is a bridge between Auroville and the rest of the world. It is Auroville’s official media & press relations service.
AMI acts as a liaison body between Auroville and the media world.
We take care of journalists’ requests and assist them when they visit Auroville or wish to write about Auroville.
- If you are a journalist or media worker (even an amateur)
- If you want to meet and interview residents of Auroville or
- If you want to film, photograph in Auroville or write on Auroville
it is indispensable that you contact us beforehand.

We promote the ideals, activities, working groups and units of Auroville via the newsletter Auroville Tomorrow and via webinars, social media pages, photo and video content creation.
We cover all aspects of Auroville’s life: educational, cultural, economical, environmental, city planning, spiritual, etc. and the development of the city.
