Please know that Patrice Marot, French national Aurovilian during Auroville's early days and one of the founders of Mira Aditi, last week abruptly departed from this life. He was 50 years old.

About

During his around 10 years in Auroville, Patrice used to live in Certitude with his partner Rose, and left Auroville at the end of the eighties. On July 11th, a small ceremony was held for him by his family and friends, in Langon, near Bordeaux.

In true mourning we inform the community that this morning, Thursday March 2nd, our good friend and dear dear sister Jossy passed away in the Auroville Health Centre at 4.30 am. She was, and has been throughout the process, closely surrounded by her family.

March 15th

This is to inform the community that long-time Aurovilian and old friend, Raymond Thépot, has left his body this morning, Wednesday March 15th, at 07.45 am in his house in Fraternity, in the presence of his daughter who had arrived from France just in time. Raymond was 71 years old.

We have just been informed that Ilse Breijman, longtime holder of the Auroville International Netherlands and Aurovilian since the last ten years, has left her body shortly after arriving in the Netherlands for the summer months.
