Tragic Passing
It is with sadness, and surrender, that we announce the passing of Malvi, the 4-year young little daughter of Mani & Sarooja, who left her body on early Saturday, October 13th.
About
Malvi had been suffering from a brain tumor for more than a year before her release.
Surrounded with love and quiet prayer, her body remained in Mani & Saroja's new house in Auromodele, where many Aurovilians and other friends passed by to pay a last homage during the day. The little girl's face was extremely peaceful.
Later in the afternoon her remains were cremated in the Kuilyapalayam mandapam nearby.
Auroville's heartfelt love and prayers go out to Mani, Sarooja and Malvi's 'big' brother, Surya.
