The former member of the Auroville Governing Board, Dr L.M. Singhvi, passed away at the age of 76 on Saturday, October 6, 2007.
About
Last February he had agreed to deliver the keynote address at a Seminar on Jean Monnet - Uniting People organised by the Pavillon de France in Delhi.
The function was held at the India International Centre. The speech is posted on AVNet (and can be sent to you on request), as it demonstrates his knowledge of Sri Aurobindo's philosophy and also his deep commitment to Auroville (- he told the audience: "I am a citizen of Auroville").
