Ester Levit Mahapatra 

One thing that one could be sure of when being with Ester was the truth…plain and clear – Ester surrendered her life to facing the truth with all its related challenges. She had strength and an indomitable will, sometimes bordering on stubborn, that prevailed over all her actions and for that she will always be cherished. Ester lived this life with an open heart, judging no one and accepting all in their beauty and imperfections. She was the woman that loved and fed the little stray village animals left on the side of the road, and if one came to her in need, there was an open door, a loving hand and dry corner to rest. In her true nature, she gave courage and strength to so many of us to live without fear and without judgment.

Before Ester left her body, her friends were with her to give love and support. And she left peacefully, choosing her way as she had always done. Ester will be missed by her family and her friends and she will always be celebrated as one who lived and loved fully.
