Sadhana Forest

An Ecological Restoration Project and a Sustainable Living Community Open to All!

Sadhana Forest began its journey in 2003, restoring 70 acres of completely barren land. Since then, we have welcomed volunteers and visitors from around the world. More than 20,000 people have lived here as volunteers, offering their Seva to the land and the community, and over 400,000 visitors have spent time with us learning, sharing, and connecting.

Our work is rooted in compassion in action. We grow through our relationships with local villagers, our intensive water conservation efforts, reforestation of indigenous trees, environmental education, our Children’s Land natural learning space, and the loving care offered in our vegan Gaushala (cow sanctuary).

Our space and our hearts are always open. Anyone interested is welcome to visit any day of the week, at any time during the day. You are invited to join a free tour of the project, share our community meals, and take part in our daily events. Everything is offered as a gift; no prior booking is required. Simply come as you are. We look forward to welcoming you soon!
